    My second experience in Granada!

In September of last year I studied for the first time at SHM. It was a truly unforgettable experience. The teachers were professional, very patient and had an extremely good sense of humour.

After returning to Holland, I decided that I had to go back to Granada. Having had such an amazing experience there, so I returned again at the beginning of 2012 for another 2 months of classes.

My Spanish improved very quickly and on the days where I thought I wasn´t going to improve, my teachers always helped me and were always so positive and encouraging.

I have only had good experiences with SHM! A thousand thank yous to such a fantastic team!!

At SHM the atmosphere is very laid back and relaxed, but they maintain a high level of education. In a short period of time they will teach you everything you need to know to get by in Spain. If you’re lucky enough to stay longer, you can be sure of a decent knowledge of the Spanish language. These classes are nothing like going to school, it almost feels like hanging out with friends and for me, this made learning a new language much more fun and much easier.

Why should you choose Granada then? In my humble opinion it’s the most enchanting place on earth. I’ve never come across a place more beautiful in all my travels. Granada offers everything you could possibly want: a breathtaking view of the mountains wherever you look, amazing architecture, a myriad of stores, bars and restaurants, sizzling nightlife and do not forget: free tapas. Another attractive feature of Granada is that it’s one of the cheapest places in Spain. You won’t regret a minute of your stay here!

Firstly, I loved Granada for many reasons, it is cheap to live and go out, there are lots of young people in the city, and plenty of opportunities to practice Spanish.

The city is beautiful and historic. I have learnt so much and I have had a great time at the school. SHM is located in the city centre and is lively and has a good atmosphere. The classrooms are bright and I liked everyone that works there. The teachers are very good and are experienced.
